WHISKEY WEDNESDAY! Featuring: Noah’s Mill Original Small Batch Bourbon, Bardstown, KY (DSP-KY-78)

Noah’s Mill was first introduced, with a 15 year age statement, by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers—aka Willett Distillery—in the 1990s, back when they were sourcing their whiskey from other Kentucky distilleries. The age statement is long gone, and Noah’s Mill has been distilled in house since 2012. It is made from Willett’s original mash bill of 72% Corn, 13% Rye, 15% Malted Barley, which goes into the barrel at 125º and then gets bottled at 114.3º Proof. It is as rich and robust in flavor as it is strong!
