Bowling

This was our bowling alley prior to construction. Closed in the early 90s (this was 2017/2018ish) and was basically just a time capsule that we molded back into a functional, 8-lane house.

It looks very 70s, or older? the light up crowns are especially cool. When was it built?

Original bowling alley (pre-automatic pinsetters) was 1920's-1930's, automatic setters were installed mid-50's. Some of the wood on the lanes dates back to 30s-40s.

That makes sense. I thought the lanes looked older and it seems like it’s seen multiple refreshes. I love alleys that keep this type of character. I think a 50s cafe/alley combo would be dope complete w/ cut in half ford fairlane table
