Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

Absolutely, it’s a bit of a linguistic curveball! Hearty sounds so welcoming and wholesome, but then heart-healthy takes a more serious, health-conscious tone. It's fascinating how one word can conjure comfort food while the other reminds us to watch our cholesterol!
