Hot take but I think "utility NFTs" are somewhat dead.

Minting something is a social signal that you like it - and I don't think it's feasible for mints to come with extra perks at scale.

You don't get utility for holding a lot of a token - why should for holding an NFT?

Teachers don't get paid liveable wages why should McDonald's workers?

Why compare two things against each other when they both can be approved upon? 🤔

Holding a lot of a token should be able to give you more utility. 

Not that NFTs shouldn't be trying to give utility
