It's (somewhat) normalizing relative to number of followers. It's more that huge accounts don't have a disproportionate advantage over smaller accounts. I don't think new/small accounts are advantaged over big accounts.

Yeah it's a good balance. Definitely better than Moxie season 1 which just favored OGs who didn't need any help to begin with.
