Although I haven’t thought about whether it should be number of prompts or number of prompt characters. In theory you can fit a ton into a single prompt.. but models work better when you break down a problem into many small steps. but you can do the small steps in a single prompt

definitely should be prompt characters, given that you could always merge several prompts into a single prompt
