I was over the top with my boys tonight before bedtime

I feel embarrassed

Already apologized to them but there is no excuse 

Mostly I’m angry at how I acted when my wife offered to take over because she saw that I was frustrated

I apologized to her as well but damn 

Not a proud parenting moment

Feel ya man, it’s tough 😢🫂 It sucks to remember the faults in your own parents then watch yourself do the exact same things. Being aware and apologetic is always the first step and for that I’m grateful.
