Ahh yeah Supabase is solid, haven't used it in a while so I might consider that one

Supabase auth is the superior choice superior

clerk is nice if you have an exit plan pre-established, or if you don't mind the pricing. Otherwise it gets very expensive after a certain not so high limit.
Whatever I end up with auth wise my #1 priority is always "can I easily migrate the users table?"
