That’s actually a great point, and like @tudorizer said, a high school or college level textbook on the 20th century would suffice lol 😂 If I had to give one that’s particularly relevant to our current political environment, Black Earth by Timothy Snyder. I’ll stop there lol

I’m starting to think people consider this history knowing jazz as a burden too heavy to carry and “limiting”. emphasis on the quotes
