I think I get your point and mostly agree.
Though if the rules and algos where made like that to reward organic behaviors, my concern is that by knowing exactly how it works might just push (more)people to force casting/commenting in a way that wouldn't be organic for them. I might be totally wrong, just brainstorming

Sure, but the only way to fight that is for everybody to have equal information IMO. The more people who know what people optimizing for, the more likely people will pick up abuse, and the more likely it'll be addressed!
