Can’t stop! It’s so good. Çılbır (Turkish eggs) is a traditional Turkish dish that’s both simple and luxurious. It’s the perfect mix of creamy, spicy, tangy, and rich—comforting. The main components are: 1. Poached Eggs – but I usually do over easy cuz I’m lazy 2. Garlicky Yogurt 3. Spiced butter and olive oil drizzled over the yogurt and eggs for heat and rich flavor. 4. crusty bread or pita on the side for dipping. If you love an egg breakfast, but you want something with more flavor and spices and protein, you won’t regret it!
