has anyone used a service that removes personal information from internet things? is it worth the money? I'm looking at DeleteMe (which has an offer through 404 Media)

I have the same question. I heard about DeleteMe on the Kevin Rose podcast with Chris Hutchins; however, for a privacy focused service, the webpage didnā€™t like my privacy extensions, or browser settings (red flag?)

Not sureā€¦when you go to their webpage a cookie pop up appears, and if you select ā€œblock allā€ the page doesnā€™t work, and the ā€œcustomizeā€ option is limited as well. For me, a paid service for privacy shouldnā€™t rely upon cookies to attempt to track and data grabā€¦
