I recently listened to an interesting stream with @justindrake, @bankless, and @taikoxyz. From what I understood, maintaining based rollups requires constant subsidies until they achieve the necessary network effects. But what if they never get there? Can’t we make a based zk rollup out of the OP stack, which already has network effects? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
