confirmed that I need to focus on a use-case and customer group. don't keep it wide open for no reason.

learned about many tech solutions that I have to understand to decide which works best for users

re-learned: use whatever tool to build the app. only thing that matters if it ships and has value for users.

for the video, I learned to show the benefits first, then show steps for the user to get the same value
