social media has instilled this desire to constantly do/consume in us for better or worse - the question is whether that is compatible with positive growth or necessarily just results in brain rot

i'd say something along the lines of positive stimulation that or learning that actually retains over time. basically the opposite of the stuff you see when doomscrolling
