tax loss harvesting 15% of my eth position and consolidating that into btc

best advice i’ve ever received:

when you’re in fear, do the opposite of what your brain says to do

so if your brain says “don’t do anything” when you’re in fear, you should probably ask yourself “what does the opposite look like?”

maybe that’s selling into stables until you can get out of fear mode and make a calmer / more rational judgement call

Sell then rebuy instantly, turn off charts for a while after.
