What do you think the openai hardware will look like?

A touch screen in your pocket is pretty great ux. the keyboard is probably the greatest bottleneck. 

Not convinced wearables will catch on as a primary device, but could supplement a phone-like device

Lots to innovate on at the OS level

Screen too small for primary device. Glasses make more sense imo bc you also get visual context

what I want from openai re device:

a two-way superpowered micro mac like the one used by dale Cooper. something small, that fits in my pocket, that I can fiddle with.

give it the context of all my messages, reminders, calendars, emails, accounts etc. Let it control those things + take actions on my behalf.

They should go full "Her" and build better AirPods.

not sure what it will look like but expect lots of native voice interfacing

my guess, it'll will be a screenless auditory personal assistant device, then second iteration will include a screen or projector

Idk! Probably like a phone or computer but who knows

Tbh even a boring phone with a magical OS that understands you would feel like sci-fi right now. Looking forward to seeing what they ship

it's going to be a companion in the form of a ball flying next to you... or a microchip implanted in your brain

We are still yet to see the best of openai lot of innovations coming in place.
