question: do you check your wallet as frequently when you're down?

i've found that when the market is up i check it multiple times a day but when the market is down i can go days without checking

Perhaps even more when I am down

Guess I am a masochist in that I like to monitor the bleeding 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Think it totally depends how active you’re trading.

I check when I need info to make a decision.  Sone wallets with longer term positions I don’t check bit once a month.

Others multiple times per day.
