I don’t think it’s self custodial - clearly some trade offs made but it’s getting crypto in the hands of hundreds of millions of people so 🤷‍♂️

Regardless, played around with the native wallet, it's not so great UI/UX which seems a bit odd if it's custodial

Also, built a @quidli integration for it, which I think is nicer 😜, and that is definitely custodial

Yeah tbh I haven’t found any interesting apps yet and dev side definitely is a bit harder to grok than frames for example

Still fascinating to see something like this deployed at scale

I do think if they'd focus around stablecoin payments (currently just USDT), there could be some real growth in crypto payments they can drive here

Bonus points if it's non custodial

Yea, some mini app elements are nicer than frames as you have a real web app environment you can setup in

But janky is still janky 😂
