dear frames devs: please stop prompting me to add your frame with zero explanation as soon as i launch your frame

I am fully behind an app asking me to enable notifications. Just tell me what it’s for, otherwise I’m definitely not gonna do it

fair enough. if frames didn't automatically enable notifications the utility of adding your frame straight off the bat would have been obvious enough given the explanation cast
