Not that I am aware of, there was some discussions started by @jessepollak around creating multi address ENS protocol though

you can do this on icebreaker by linking multiple wallets

a few projects (0xppl) comes to mind let you do this offchain

not sure about onchain but I think this does exist I'll ask around
