Not that I am aware of, there was some discussions started by @jessepollak around creating multi address ENS protocol though

delegating is similar to verifying an address but for the use case i'm referring to it's not ideal that it also grants rights to act on behalf of the wallet you're verifying

a few projects (0xppl) comes to mind let you do this offchain

not sure about onchain but I think this does exist I'll ask around
