Lately itโs been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

i feel like this every day lol.. no but seriously, takes a bit of time to get the muscles warmed up enough to really get after it. that being said, there are probably ways to shorten the time it takes to get you warm. dynamic warmups (vs static stretching) + even some light plyos/cardio might help prep the tendons
