Which is the best wallet for development? I tried: - Metamask: Very cumbersome to work with multiple seed phrases - Rainbow Wallet: Great to have multiple seed phrases but I was not able to set custom nonce which is crucial for a local dev chain - Rabby: No support for Firefox which is my dev browser - ???

Have you tried Coinbase Wallet? It supports various networks and provides good development tools. Perfect for local testing!
