I somehow got into this failure to master things vibe today. And we were just talking about that with @trigs today too. It's just amazing how much more value you can create and give once you have failed enough. We call it an experience, but deep down we all know that the experience is just the number of failures you have done on your path. The more you fail, the more material for realignment you have. And then there's only one small matter that differentiates leaders from followers. Leaders learn and realign while followers just repeat the same mistakes over and over again. If you want to grow, you have to learn to fail... https://warpcast.com/rafaello12/0x4a356c34

Our own failure yes but also the ability to observe others and their failures (and successes) is a big part of our own learning experience πŸ’ž

Oh that's a mastery... I envy people who can actually do that. I am trying, but it is so much harder than learning from your own mistakes πŸ™‚

It should have something to do with empathy I suppose, huh? Because it's easier to learn from your own mistakes, because those hurt much more. So being able to learn from others is kind of a thing of empathy... No? πŸ‘€ Just wondering...

All jokes aside, hanging out at public spaces and observing people, their dynamics and interactions helps πŸ’ž

And this is my favorite spot! I am bad at talking, I am bad at socializing, but therefore I'm good at sitting in the corner and observing the dynamics, haha. So it seems that what I need to do now is to connect the dots. Take my observations and use them! Interesting πŸ€”
