Kind of funny how everyone is up in arms about an unelected Elon having his way with decision making (which I agree with in principle), but nobody was batting an eye when Joe Biden couldn't form a coherent sentence. Who do you think was running the country the last 4 years? Joe Biden?!? π€£

I think this is probably what most of us building in web3 can agree on cause it focuses on the core, not the noise and distractions: https://mirror.xyz/stellaachenbach.eth/QshrFSglvOqMTAzDLbDzfXUtUi7RzqY8o8v9NZ8mjMs What do you think @vpabundance.eth ?

I think it hits on some points very well. I think it is one level above what I'm referring to. The biggest reason imo that our politics has devolved into where we are is because the masses view the other as separate from them. We can't talk to one another. We shout at eachother what is right, and tell the other stupid side to stop being so stupid, rather than asking why they feel the way they do... I've asked many on both sides, the answers I get are generally quite enlightening...

Yes exactly, thatβs what I am referring to: a fundamentally broken system leads to that behavior. Systems are human artifacts in a way and can be re-designed but I think many of are still in denial and afraid to tackle this task. But rule by the people for the people definitely should look different to what we are seeing now (not speaking just about your country but also the one I was birthed in and the one I currently reside in).
