The Nike Air Max 95 and Football ⚽️

The iconic model was designed by in-house designer Sergio Lozano who worked at Nike,  the Air Max 95 caused quite a stir among the fans of the American brand. The Sneakers were an outcast because of the swoosh placement, color schemes, and too-large balloon.

The silhouette received huge fame with the Brazilian national football team and staff. During the 2002 World Cup, which took place on the fields of Japan and South Korea, Brazilians wore only the Air Max 95. For years, photos of Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, and coach Scolari in these iconic sneakers had been distributed among football fans through newspapers and social networks, turning the model into an icon among young fans of the most popular game in the world.
