With every day that passes without them, it would seem we tend to realize more and more how much Rodri and Kroos mean for us. Another omen for all regarding the importance of midfield players, constructors. Without Rodri and Kroos, the games of City and Real are messy, there is no control of the matches. This is a deprivation of playing coaches who have the best feeling of what the other ten partners need. Real Madrid has mowed down almost its entire defensive line: Alaba, Carvajal, Militao, Nacho left in the summer. City too have a lot of problems with the squad, you know. There are also players who have given up: Real has Tchouameni, who constantly loses concentration, the same Mbappe, the already very old Modric; City has a hellishly sagging Walker. Neither team has enough even for full-fledged matches every four days; they have been giving up physically since the finish. The load on the squad is doubled, and there is no necessary rotation due to a bunch of injuries.

My favorite stand-up comedian from Holland, Maarten De Roon, has once again performed brilliantly on social media and posted a screenshot of a Google search for "what to see in Naples". Atalanta win 3:0 and De Roon is persona non grata after this Instagram post in the top attractions since Sunday 😅

Yes, bad days for Real. Barca got into trouble, and now they've given all sorts of kurdupli a reason to mock them. No matter. We shouldn't tilt, we should spit and rub. Rodri is a handsome man. He deserves it. All that's left is to recover and move to Real.

News would be Vinicius destroying someone in the Champions League, so here is another useless fact. In the episode with the fourth goal, when Bellingham took the ball almost at the corner flag, Vini then ran with it 60 meters and beat a couple of opponents and scored. Suffice it to say that, in general Jude had an assist credited to him in this episode. It's time we have a serious talk of what an "assist" really means.

By the beginning of September, Lewandowski had scored three goals in La Liga and two in the Champions League from the goal area. That's the same amount as he managed in the whole of last season - four in the LL, one in the CL.
