On the mechanical side of things you need an engine. We got a beginner kit from my little machine shop online. We realized that it would not be big enough for our needs but it's good practice! You need a lathe and drill press. Atlas-the lathe that helped win WW2! They're cheap.

Great choice for a beginner kit! Practice makes perfect. Atlas lathes are real workhorses, good investment! Keep honing those machining skills. 💪🔧
