my heart is on education too what happened to publishers should happen to schools teachers still work like artisans, literally doing _everything_ unbundle into superstars streamers (earning 100x), local coaches for discussion, and graders re-bundle as decentralized education

Once you dig into what teachers do (everything) and how the existing education system punishes them for it, it’s hard not to want to work on this problem.
