can we all agree that the true golden rule is "You deny, you supply" ? Even my kids barely argue when it is invoked.

Love it! That makes sense. My kids are a little young to try this at the moment but I'll keep it in my back pocket

i use it a lot, one typical is deciding what to eat. this used to be a big pain because everyone in my house is picky. but some years back, with the introduction of you deny, you supply - the whole thing became a lot more civilized and quick. heh. denying was now a strategic choice :)
