Gm thinking about RWAs and the difference between asset issuers and tech platforms doing issuance - feels like everyone is doing RWAs, but the issuer vs. tech platform division gets lost in the mix

I like the article. I probably spend too much time wishing land were better used in cities. Ever come across Georgism - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgism What if the blockchain could help reallocate value in a city to encourage better land use? Or what if a building captured its network effects on other land

I think it would be something you can’t get anywhere else. An RWA that isn’t available in NYC on TradFi - but that’s rare, because almost everything does exist What are you thinking?

What’s the issue? I think the 20% just relates to the particular exemption from registering as an investment company / investment advisor. If you register, you can do a lot more
