We did think about those questions. They're not obvious.

"does it help anyone..." does it help anyone if a bunch of people own tiny chunks of Microsoft? etc

and real estate liquidity ultimately *is* solveable. see second half of the post.

Thanks for sharing this. I still cant wrap my mind around why people don’t stop and think about such basic questions as “does it help anyone if a bunch of people own tiny chunks of real estate? What happens when they want to exit? Who’s on the buy side and why? What about disputes?”

this need to bring the model to the ground reality is definitely not limited to real estate. this applies to civics & other sectors as well.
