Hey frens, would like some feedback current routine: - Sun, chest and arms - Mon, 45 mins on the Peloton - Tues, is LEG DAY - Wed, is rest day - Thu, is 45 mins on the Peloton - Fri, is Back and Shoulders - Sat, is 60 - 90mins on Peloton I am thinking about rucking on Peloton days when i walk the dog. Is this crazy?

Start with 6mile 60lb ruck then 12 mile 70lb ruck! The 12 mile is extreme but when you do that under 2 and half hours you can stand very proud 🥹
