they had a pretty rough night 1 to redeem from. Bobby was dealing with a gnarly feedback throughout that he struggled to fix on stage, someone was so slightly off beat here and there, screen issues. he didn’t even care for bowing and taking pictures at the end, stormed off stage. last night was as tight as they’ve ever been right from the start. the screen and sound were perfect— production put their A team back on it. Eyes was BONKERS @brykayne. they showed a new art that was truly mind blowing i cannot wait for y’all to see it. my only nitpick was they fell off a little at US Blues. botched the entry and couldn’t quite recover. they just didn’t mean it at all and couldn’t have thought we’d believe it for a second either in this economy. slid right back in with Throwing Stones and it was stellar. they were getting ready to go back to Haight Ashbury and the earth was up from afar when Bobby said “we’re on our own, on our own”— full echo surround sound (cue the waterworks😭)
