The FC protocol itself just polls for on chain events with getFilterLogs My approach in protocol design was building an actual database that builds indexes from the data types explicitly from the referential content as defined in its schema, skipping the need for indexers in the first place. For eth/L2s/EVM alts, the answer is always going to be
