Unfortunately mental ability to uphold the office is no longer important. 

Media protected Joe. Actions have consequences. The consequences are no one cares anymore. We all think it’s so broken that we are all just watching. 

We chose known grift over political rigamaroll and virtue signaling.

So broken. 

Look up the wealth and tap sheet and tenure of congress and it makes you sick. 

It’s all about power. Not about doing better for the people. About protecting your hegemony. 

All the leaders are senile and in massive decline. As tech and the world speed faster and faster.  

And it’s all on display as they tell us not to believe our own eyes and call us stupid. All the lies through Covid was the great unmasking IMO. 

Any rational 80 year old should not want to be president.

No lobbying after. Ever. 
No 300k speaker fees. 
Term limits. 
Age limits. 

It’s all a grift.

I am an outsider here, but from where I am, this looks like the system is so broken. If your choice is what it was, and nobody cares anymore, how disconnected is the elected government from the people and country they are supposed to serve? It has strayed so far from picking the people who manage the community on behalf of the other community members.
Even the phrase "the media protected" is a signal of how broken it all is.

I just hope there is a way to build it all back better.
