So this is for any pool where you can permissionlessly swap. 

And goal is to keep swaps as frictionless as possible. 

Any thoughts from @papercliplabs or the NFTX. Delicate for sure.

Some initial thoughts about Nouns Delegate Token (NDT) snapshotting, and why I don't think it can solve the swap attack.

Note that this attack vector doesn't currently exist since delegations are reset and a new snapshot is made upon Noun transfer today.
