Winter holidays ❄️
🌹I am Muslim our Eid dates change according to the Islamic lunar calendar. For example, currently, our Eids fall in the summer season.
🌹We are villagers, and during the winter holidays, many traditional dishes are prepared in our area, such as pinnian.They are shaped like balls.
🌹These are made with desi ghee and are loaded with dry fruits. They are incredibly delicious, and I love them.
🌹I remember in my childhood, my grandmother used to make many things, and all of us cousins would enjoy a lot at her house during winter holidays. She would make many dishes and distribute them among all our relatives.
🌹Now, my grandmother is no longer in this world, but whenever winter comes, those times are deeply missed.🫶🌹 8 replies
