Ukrainian food is always delicious 🇺🇦 Borsch, varenyky - all of it is incredibly delicious. But for me, deruny occupy a special place 🫶🏻 I don't cook them that often, but if I see them on a menu, the choice is obvious. The most delicious deruny I've ever tasted were in Zakarpattia: crispy, ruddy, with a delicate texture inside - just perfect. 🥔 If you want to make them yourself, here's a simple recipe : ✅ Ingredients: - 5-6 potatoes - 1 egg - 1 small onion - 2-3 tbsp of flour - Salt and pepper - to taste - Oil for frying 🔥 Preparation: 1. Grate potatoes on a fine grater, add grated onion, egg, flour, salt and pepper. 2. Mix well to make the mass homogeneous. 3. Spoon onto a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry on both sides until golden brown. 4. Serve hot with sour cream or your favorite sauce. What Ukrainian dishes do you like?

Topic of the day: Shopping - online or offline? 🛍️ In most cases, I choose offline shopping - it's a kind of therapy for me. I like to see things in real life, feel the texture of the fabric and, of course, try them on before buying. I try to make more expensive purchases during sales - discounts are always a nice bonus 😌 Also, recently I have become more conscious about choosing things: I recycle old ones and buy new ones more carefully, preferring natural fabrics that will last longer. I love fashion and new trends, but mass production of clothes and goods is very harmful to the environment. I think we should all think about more responsible consumption 🌍
