Any suggestions/tips/best practices for doing customer development / customer interviews via DMs? 😂

Helping teams build high performance habits.

I’m building in service of NFT artists and collectors and I’ve found they want to connect and talk on Twitter DMs and stay out of calls and collaborative docs.

The best I have come up with right now is create one big Google Doc tracking all the questions I ask and the conversations that develop. 

There’s something magic about synchronous calls where you start at one place and quickly end up somewhere else.

But a builder has to adapt to their audience 😻
