in a lot of ways this felt like LIV vs PGA and I believe we were all rooting accordingly. Thing is, the best golfer won this week and that is the beauty of the game. No referees, replays, or teammates to blame it on. Each man for themselves vs the course. Congrats to Bryson, he was nails all week

I don't think it has anything to do with LIV; even before LIV existed in a Rory vs Bryson situation most would have rooted for Rory.
Congrats to Bryson but throwing away a major like this from Rory is insane and so painful. Luckly i was sleeping and dind't saw it live.

Great points tbh. Luckily, I was at a soccer game and didn’t have to watch him choke it away either. Those short putts have stymied rors throughout his career. Seemed like he couldn’t miss for 15 holes

it can all come undone so fast. Was whooping my buddy last time we played money game for 14 holes. I was up 5/6 strokes and he kept saying I was going to fall apart and I kept stuffing them and burying par saves. Pulled one tee shot into the drink and whole game disintegrated. Ended up losing by 1.

I'm re watching it now. Bryson missed a short one too on 14 I think... lip out like Rory on 16. Still painful. And I was complaining about missing 3 short put yesterday to close my round... made me so mad after putting great all day lol
