I’m scared to do this. Haven’t gone a day without caffeine in years. I honestly don’t remember a day without either a coffee or iced tea.

Try it on a day when you have little or no commitments (maybe a wkd) and see how it goes? No harm in trying something for a day, and at worst you see what dependency feels like, which hopefully should inspire change
