we’ve been cooking this dish in my family for as long as anyone currently living can remember. Ham-hocks, potatoes and green beans together in one pot. We usually make it during green bean season, especially towards the fall. It’s so simple and one of my favorite things on the planet. Has anyone else had this?

Awesome! I figured it would be something shared in many countries or something similar. An easy to cook and hearty meal for  the whole family
