we’ve been cooking this dish in my family for as long as anyone currently living can remember. Ham-hocks, potatoes and green beans together in one pot. We usually make it during green bean season, especially towards the fall. It’s so simple and one of my favorite things on the planet. Has anyone else had this?

for sure bother. You can do it with different cuts of pork but need something fatty to really make the broth happen. Hocks for sure but if you want more meat can always add a shank. Also pro tip there are never enough beans 🫡

Yep!  ham , green beans and potatoes

Classic

literally just boil the 🍖 in water until it’s  done and take it out. Add beans + potatoes to stock and cook until done. Add meat beans and potatoes into a bowl with a little stock, salt, pepper and butter. Fucking magic
