I suspect this is actually non-trivial, cuz X will hide the link behind some analytics redirect URL. If an EIP is impossible due to unstable API, then an other approach will be to have a common repository that will somehow aggregate the APIs to a stable API. Yes, Solana hits Ethereum at our weakest link.

No they just have very active people working in the foundation (which might get them in trouble FWIW) and at the same time have few major wallets (Phantom being the biggest) so it's not too hard for them to come up with something and get it implemented as a "standard" Ethereum is a few orders of magnitude more fragmented
