- Made in USDC on Base.
- Sent to the most recent connected address. 
- Forwarded to a wallet to complete. 

This will be available to everyone in the next hour.

since there’s edge cases anyway when a user disconnects the address marked as primary we decided to ship fast w the fallback behavior and then follow up w primary designations
