Client incentives is a moot point. Those are based on % of auction revenue, not on # or props or voting (which determine how it’s split, not the total amount). I.e without swap props, the same amount of client incentives would have be given out. You cant really say it's a moot point when it does indeed add into the cost of the swap for the DAO. Yes it's correct that the same amount of client incentives would be given out, but X% would not be going towards swap proposals, but more meaningful proposals that have been submit. 5/9 of the last onchain proposals have been for swaps, it's getting to be a bit much, especially when there are multiple tools available for people to choose their Noun before the auction starts.
