Does this include the client incentives that are given out per proposal @indexcard.eth

Client incentives is a moot point. Those are based on % of auction revenue, not on # or props or voting (which determine how it’s split, not the total amount). I.e without swap props, the same amount of client incentives would have be given out.

Moot point with regards to the total cost to the DAO*. It doesn’t change the data shared in the table above. 

I agree it’s a lot of props, lots of demand! I wish treasury swaps didn’t need to go through governance! We tried to realize this… many times 😝.

You cant really say it's a moot point when it does indeed add into the cost of the swap for the DAO. Yes it's correct that the same amount of client incentives would be given out, but X% would not be going towards swap proposals, but more meaningful proposals that have been submit. 5/9 of the last onchain proposals have been for swaps, it's getting to be a bit much, especially when there are multiple tools available for people to choose their Noun before the auction starts.
