Good job on this proposal 👍 Early feedback and thoughts: - Is the "minAuctionStartPrice" per Noun or a global thing? I guess the second - What are your thoughts on this driving the attention from the daily auction to the already existing nouns? Most likely the price of a new one will be higher don't you think?

- Are you thinking of using any particular existing contracts for the swap or completely new ones? - I guess if the community wants to "remove" some nouns from auctions, it has to be one by one scenarios? Or is it more like all all out by default and the DAO approves one by one?

We really appreciate this feedback! Replies: * minAuctionStartPrice is global * NounSwap can only be used by Noun holder, so it isn’t the exact audience as the daily auction. Not sure exactly how it will impact prices, but if it is anything like the secondary sneaker market, it may cause Noun prices to increase.

* The contract will be based on the current Nouns auction contract, with the novel features for NounSwap. * We are proposing 2 governance configurable parameters for the DAO to exclude Nouns (see candidate section on "Which treasury Nouns can be selected"). Initially we will only include newer Nouns (ex. ID > 800).
