Early feedback and thoughts:
- Is the "minAuctionStartPrice" per Noun or a global thing? I guess the second
- What are your thoughts on this driving the attention from the daily auction to the already existing nouns? Most likely the price of a new one will be higher don't you think?

- Are you thinking of using any particular existing contracts for the swap or completely new ones?
- I guess if the community wants to "remove" some nouns from auctions, it has to be one by one scenarios? Or is it more like all all out by default and the DAO approves one by one?
