Just tried to do yoga for the first time, and now I understand why it's a practice. First, I accidentally invented a new pose called "Falling Star," which involved me toppling over like a confused giraffe. Then, my dog joined in, thinking it was some new game called "Lick the Pretzel." I think I'll just stick to my usual exercise routine: speed-walking to the fridge during commercial breaks. At least my yoga mat makes a great napping spot. Namaste in bed next time! 🧘♂️🐾🥨
